Yatish Mohan commenced his professional journey in 1980 as a Product Manager with M/s. Toshniwal Bros. (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd, after completing his studies in Electronics & Communication Engineering at the University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee). Following a brief tenure at M/s Philips India Limited, he transitioned to Rohde & Schwarz Liaison Office in 1990 as Sales Manager. In 1996, he advanced to the position of National Sales Manager, and in 2001, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Rohde & Schwarz India. Under his dynamic leadership, Rohde & Schwarz has significantly expanded its footprint across the country, offering comprehensive sales, applications, service, and research and development support. In just the span of two decades, Rohde & Schwarz has emerged as a leading player in India's test & measurement, secure communications, radio monitoring, and wireless communications sectors.

As a consultant, he has guided numerous EMC centers in Asia, establishing himself as a thought leader in the industry. Mr. Kuah is a sought-after speaker, having been invited to speak at seminars in several countries, including China, Taiwan, and India. He is an active member of various professional organizations, including the Electrical and Electronic Standards Committee (EESC) Singapore Enterprise, IEEE, and ITE Academic Advisory Committees. Sanjay Baisakhiya received his B.E in Electronics and Communication from Government Engineering College Jabalpur, M.Tech in Digital Communication from NIT, Bhopal, and Ph.D. from Anna University. He joined SAMEER-Centre for Electromagnetics in 1993, and since then, has been working in the Electromagnetic Compatibility Division. He is involved in EMI/EMC evaluation, EMC design consultancy, and EMI/EMC training-related activities. At present, he is Head of the EMC Division. He has published many papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is a life member of the Society of EMC Engineers (India) and is also an empanelled technical assessor for the National Accreditation Board for Test and Calibration Laboratories for ISO 17025 quality system.

Alex James is the Dean of External Linkages and Projects and a full professor of AI hardware at Digital University Kerala. He also serves as the CTO of India Graphene and Engineering Innovation Centre. With a PhD from Griffith University, Australia, he leads Maker Village, one of India’s largest electronics incubators, and multiple centers for innovation in IoT sensors and graphene. He has published over 200 papers and founded several startups. Recognized with prestigious awards, including the IEEE Kerala Section Best Researcher Award (2022), he has contributed extensively to AI hardware and chip design. He also holds key roles in IEEE, serving as Associate Editor and Editor-in-Chief for various journals, and is a Senior Fellow of IET, BCS, and HEA.

With over ten years of regional experience, she studies the changes to communication technology and the challenges of innovation to product development. Estelle is well versed in Radio Frequency (RF) topics surrounding evolving medical electronics and the wireless industry. She is regularly represented at events such as IEEE seminars by India and Hong Kong Chapters, China EMC Expo, and Shanghai International EMC Exhibition. Estelle is also an advocate in helping the younger workforce maneuver around their career aspirations. She actively supports communities in promoting the importance of good engineering design habits.

Dr. D C Pande was Outstanding Scientist and Associate Director at Electronics & Radar Development Establishment and Former Dr. Raja Ramanna DRDO Distinguished Fellow. He began his Scientific Career in 1981 with LRDE, DRDO, Bangalore, where he was involved in the Design & Development of Electromagnetic Interference Control Techniques for Ground Based, Airborne and Ship-borne equipment and Systems. He had designed & developed Passive and Active Antennas and Test Facilities for Various Radar Systems of DRDO. He is the Pioneer Scientist who had started research activities in the field of Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse and High-Power Electromagnetics in India.

Since joining Rohde & Schwarz in 2021, Arthi has quickly become the voice of EMC; leading segment planning and providing strategic direction for its core EMC business.

He is the regulating authority of AA Electro Magnetic Test Laboratory Pvt Ltd with investment from EMT Inc., USA, and AiT - Taiwan. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Research, EMI-EMC, and has sound knowledge in CISPR standards, IEC, EN, FCC, and ANSI standard compliance. He has tested more than 500 projects in RF, EMC compliance testing, Medical Devices safety plus performance EMC Scientist, RF Researcher, and Standard Designer.

Dipanjan Gope, PhD, is Assistant Professor in Electrical Communication Engineering at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is also co-founder and CEO at Simyog Technology Pvt. Ltd. a spin-off from IISc. His research interests include computational electromagnetics with applications in signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC for high speed chip-package-systems, parallel programming for many-core and cloud infrastructures. Dr. Gope was a founding member at Nimbic (acquired by Mentor Graphics) where he served as Vice President, R&D from 2007-2011 and 2013-2014. Between 2005-2007, he was a Senior CAD engineer at Intel. He has more than 80 journal and conference publications. Dr. Gope received his PhD and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle and BTech in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
